There are a lot of subjects few subjects are a blessing to some and curse for others, depending on personal interests. The reason exams have to be taken is to check the understanding, the knowledge and conceptual clarity of that particular subject. The reason we are promoted on the basis of the exams is only after the teachers have checked our papers, think that we have attained the maturity of learning things much deeper and much more difficult! This year the C.B.S.E (Central Board of Secondary Education) witnessed yet another controversy in the form of the Mathematics paper. Angry parents from around the country protested against the extremely difficult and twisted pattern of questions that left most students confused and demoralized.
